By booking a telehealth appointment, you agree to the platform's terms and acknowledge that telehealth is not suitable for all types of consultations or medical conditions. If necessary, you may be referred to an in-person appointment.

5. Appointment Bookings & Cancellations

  • Booking: All appointments (both in-person and telehealth) must be booked through our third-party booking system.

  • Cancellations: Clients are subject to cancellation policies outlined at the time of booking. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in fees.
