What is Craniosacral Therapy?

CST is a gentle touch therapy that focuses on the bones of the head, spine, and sacrum. It uses light touch to release tension and trauma from the body whether physical or emotional.

Craniosacral Therapy was established by Osteopathic Physician, John E. Upledger in 1985.


CST supports a wide range of symptoms, including but not limited to:

Autism, Cancer Treatment, Central Nervous System Disorders, Chronic Fatigue, Concussion Syndrome, TMJ/TMD, Headaches + Migraines, Fibromyalgia, Neck and Back Pain, Post-Traumatic Stress, Spinal Cord Injuries, Scoliosis, Stress + Tension Related Disorders, and Traumatic Brain Injury.

What is Craniosacral Therapy used for?


CST should not be used for the following:

Acute Aneurysm, Recent Skull Fracture, Cerebral Hemorrhage, Severe Bleeding Disorder
